Do we have a definitive answer on if the Sommelier ever takes the wine up himself?

Got it here. Takes way to long to ever be useful but it’s nice to know.

Flowers the sommelier will eventually deliver the 1945 Grand Paladin himself. He just needs some time. Like 10 minutes (and probably seven or so glasses of wine).

Weirdly Yates just completely cuts him off midstream when he presents the wine. He shows no reaction to watching Tamara get shot in front of him and won’t leave the table after the meeting, even once everyone else has left.
