Only for those who understand what it’s for.
Important! Use the dev build.
Damn, looks like they have started to do monthly roadmaps again. Nice to see we will be getting that Codename 47 suit and Sniper Assassin suit. I think the reason why latter does not have holsters is that it would probably be considered suspicious, considering how allergic are guards on seeing you with gun.
I guess I will skip Drop on arrival, so I can get that sweet reward - purple suit does actually look nice. And it seems I was wrong about my previous statement regarding Jack O Lantern suit - it is now definitely Agent 47 in disguise.
For People Concerned About Twitch Drops;
It’s very much one of the easiest things to earn. While I do question why IOI is doing them so late into the lifecycle of HITMAN 3, what I can say is the only issue that could arise from it which won’t fortunately happen is having two drops simultaneously which messes with the progression.
This Suit will be relatively easy to earn since it boils down to this.
- Link Accounts
- Follow Suit Campaign on Twitch Drop Page
- “Watch” Streamer with Twitch Drops Enabled (dime a dozen) for about 30-45 ish minutes (time isn’t confirmed just assumed)
- Claim reward on Drop Page and profit.
One thing to note is widgets exist that can do these rewards in the background for you as you do other things so long as you have a streamer tab open that has drops enabled.
I know it’s polarizing and it has been a topic of discussion and surely issues will arise but I see this as IO testing the waters for their multiplayer game which will surely have Twitch Drops now that this is happening.
Please excuse the small/zoomed-out pic. But I don’t see how I, as one who owns this game on Epic, can associate my Twitch account in any way related to how I own/play H:WoA.
Eh, sure I have it listed in my Steam library… as a non-Steam game. But if it’s not via the front-end (Steam, Epic, etc.) that still excludes my IOI account.
It’s after (that time) so I’ll boot up muh game and check to see if there’s something there.
Edit: Never mind. The “thing” isn’t until the 27th anyway. Maybe something will be worked out and more clear in the meantime… Like the major game update.
If they are tricks that ppl are going to have to look up on YouTube on how to complete, i wouldn’t say those are good for featured contracts.
Agree. If there’s any bullet tricks, gun luring, weird coin techniques, killing targets with fruit, etc., I’m cheesing these contracts to get them done and that’s the end of it.
Twitch supports any third-party connections. The connections shown in your screenshot are not used for Twitch drops (in most cases).
Most likely IO will release a special website or web page that will ask you to connect your Twitch account to your IO account.
In fact those contracts focus on specific mechanics which allows you to have a certain chance to kill a certain target with a certain method.
It totally fine. Most of this forum’s users really enjoy puzzles. I just don’t. I am pretty sure most people who play this game will enjoy these contracts and maybe I will to - I haven’t played them yet. I just don’t do tricks.
The new challenge has dropped (it does not change the score multiplier):
Faster than Rocco
- Complete “The Last Yardbird” Sniper Assassin mission (Himmelstein) in 1 minute 47 seconds, or less.
Complete it to unlock the “The Sniper Challenge Suit”
As bit of trivia : The character of Rooco is Sapienza was modeled after the winner of the Hitman Sniper Challenge made for Absolution. This is why you can fin his computer playing it in his appartement.
The new outfit is modelled after the one used in the challenge.
Hence, the need to beat him to unlock it. (as if we didn’t all at least knocked Rocco dozens of time in Sapienza already )
It’s all very appropriate for the start of the anniversary celebrations.
Rocco in his natural state, and his computer.
You shouldn’t have to worry about linking your accounts just yet. From my (limited) experience it is only important to fulfull the requirements for getting the drop reward during the time the drop is active. You can usually claim the prize and link it to the correct third party account later.
If you’re logged into Twitch, you can check this page to see live and upcoming drop campaigns: https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns
After fulfilling the drop requirements, you can claim the prize here:

But I also think IOI will tell us more, when we get closer to October 27.
To make up for a lack of Clemens Video, here’s a 60 second version… I miss the monthly roadmap videos https://youtube.com/shorts/MRBlES0GrpM
I really wish IOI could get this one back from Square Enix and make it available again. I never got the chance to play it.
On a happier topic, I just realized that all four suits that can be unlocked this month come with gloves. Yay!
Guess this is time for me to finally commit to grinding this level after not playing it since 2016!
I got a really good muscle memory path that made Siberia easy for me, so I guess its just one of those things to do! As well as all the challenges. I doubt a level 1 mastery Ghost can manage to do it all in 1:47. We’ll see.
Mendie is the goat! Hope he’s doing better now, know he was going through a rough patch lately.
Completed the mission with 1:48 and still got it am not complaining.
I hope this Twitch drop thing can at least be done at any time while the ET is active, because I can’t arrange to be off work that day.
I do too, but what I’m inferring from folks’ posts is that it’s drop-day only. This is also the official wording:
Perhaps people have assumed this means only on the 27th. I had originally assumed in my famous anti-twitch response that the Drop drop would be available throughout the Drop’s run.
