Description : I own Hitman 1 and 2 on Steam, but the location importing tool on your website is only detecting Hitman 1, so I cannot import locations from Hitman 2. I have linked both games with my IOI account, and have tried refreshing the IOI account multiple time in the games settings. I also reported this in another thread, so did 2 other users, here and here

Exactly the same issue, also 0x0000000000e4fc7d along with logs of d3ddred2 and liverkernelevent. Happened first on sapienza of all places. The “Fault offset” is different to what is used to be prior to the update though, so let’s hope that is progress (used to be 0x0000000000e4773d )

Upon finishing the Crime & Punishment Sniper Assassin mission, the game gets the “Error: cannot load requested menu prompt”, then boots me back to the main menu offline. This happens every time.
Description: my last playthrough of chongqing I unlocked the elevator shaft shortcut, I decided to go back and unlock the rest of the shortcuts after and found that the elevator shaft shortcut was closed again, and the inner courtyard shortcut, which I have never touched, is wide open even though the yellow lock is still on the door and the challenge for that shortcut is still incomplete.
**Steps to reproduce: in a fresh save go to chongqing, unlock the elevator shaft shortcut, finish the mission and then return, the elevator shaft door will now be closed and the inner courtyard door open despite still having the yellow lock on the door.
Frequency: seems to be permanate as closing the game as well as closing the epic launcher and then coming back does not fix it, the doors are still switched.

The answer is : You have to purchase Hitman 2 Standard edition to get access for Hitman 2 stages for your case. (Because Hitman 2 Gold edition included Hitman 2 Expansion Pass)
Hitman Expansion Pass only for access Hitman 2 Expansion DLC Stages (New York and Haven Island) but these two place required you owned Hitman 2 to play.
This is just the Expansion Pass(DLC) and not Hitman 2 Standard Pass (main game body).
That’s why you gain no access in Hitman 2 stages.
You’ll need “hitman 3 access pass : hitman 2 standard” to play the hitman 2 stages in hitman 3.

As I see it, you haven’t linked or system hasn’t registered the link of Epic account.
Try to link Epic account again.
And be aware that level import is a separate process that is done through IOI Account directly.
Carryover process will transfer only your progression data and nothing more.

Description : Since March 8 I am receiving a persistent “Save Failed” error on start up and am unable to connect to the servers. No Connection Error is mentioned but the “Connecting” screen remains with connecting… cycling indefinitely.
