What about a mod for random key codes? Existing codes already in the game -of course. Not actual random numbers.

I had an unconventional idea, and then @2kpr made it reality by renaming thousands of files for me. Can have Japanese speakers in Japan without overriding the rest of the game :sunglasses:

This will make a game like hell, even with all the known codes.
Because if the real random would be applied, you would need to enter a code at least 6 times before it lets you in.
Random is one of six codes. So to get the right one, you would need 6 tries.
Well, this is the worst scenario, but still, would you personally want to punch in a code 12 times in Dubai to get into staff area and get a security keycard? And there is also sheikh’s safe which makes it 18 tries.
I would vote no for this

Its Super cool
its possible to change the dialouges too? (In the mod you uploaded before, the dialoges in British accent between the guards and the intel for mission stories for example)

Can you do it the same like the pack of H1?
like this of all the parts of the map?

Accent Overhaul 1.3 - Japanese Language NPCs

  • Adds 2x Japanese Male and 1x Japanese Female voicesets to Hokkaido (Courtesy of @2kpr renaming thousands of files for me!). Existing Asian voicesets remain in the pool so most staff and guards still speak English.
  • Fixes 2 Hokkaido NPCs who had very wrong voices in last version
  • OPTIONAL: Separate file to make 90% of staff speak Japanese language, instead of current ratio of ~27-30%

Was experimenting with a way to make the mod size very small and use the Framework to copy all voices to the right place but 1) It almost doubled deploy time, and 2) It didn’t work anyway

Berlin No Evacuation

Disables evacuation of agents in Berlin after 5 of them die and mutes Jiao’s dialogue lines where she orders agents to evacuate. Agents now just continue with their regular cycles.

For a long time I wanted to have the ability to kill all agents normally instead of camping the exit and waiting to kill them while they’re escaping or doing another run with setting traps for 1 or 2 escaping agents while doing the meeting with Montgomery.

A few observations after testing out a few soundtracks.

I was really excited about having the H2 menu music back, but unfortunately it abruptly cuts somewhere in the middle and starts right from the beginning. Also, you’ve included the “Game Intro” in this which wasn’t actually in H2 when it played in the menu.

You can see in the above video that there are 2 chapters. Can you make it so that the mod entirely ignores the first part and starts right from 1:18? (as it actually did in H2)

Also, for Hitman 2016, the starting 2 seconds are obnoxiously loud, which also wasn’t there in the actual menu music. Also it doesn’t properly loop and abruptly cuts right to the start (which is very loud) which can be a bit jarring. Is it possible to make the loop seamless like how actually it is the actual games?

I’ve been using the below mod for months. If you check it out, you’ll get what I’m trying to say.

I’m so sorry for sounding like an ungrateful prick, but I’m just trying to give some feedback.
I haven’t tested the others, but I would be mostly using 2016 and 2’s music, so I started with those.

Feedback is always welcome :smile: I rushed on choosing the tracks a bit, though I can correct it and add a fade in/out so it doesn’t start suddenly. I’ll push an update soon.
