Why is the Offline Megapack missing from Nexus?

This looks great!!

But, and this is a serious meant question; if they release the RTX update they may or may not release one day, wouldn’t that make alot of your work go to the bin? Not because RTX will macigally make it look like 2016, but because the way the lightning might change by then also for RTX OFF. Are there any measures you can take to preserve this incredible work you did past such an update? It would be terrible to loose all that at some point in the games lifecylce!

Not related to Lighting Ultimate, but a cool thing I’m working on for another, more complex project.
Something very ambitious but unique. Very early prototype stages but here’s a tease:

Very unlikely. No way to tell, of course, though honestly speaking I find that very unlikely.
My guess is that they’ll just add extra parameters but everything else will remain the same.

At best I can just patch in all of my changes and I’ll get full compatibility day one.
At worst I probably will just have to figure out what changed, correct accordingly, and eventually push an update. :stuck_out_tongue:

We’ll always find a way around stuff.

OH, alright, that takes away some of my worries! Tho I’m also really curious on what things get achievable once they added RTX. I’m sure there is even more to pull out of the game by then.

And those screenshots look damn impressive.

Figured I’d post my version of Hawke’s Bay day time in here as well (I’m planning on adding NPCs with routes and other stuff in the future)

NPCs? Now you’ve peaked my interest Sir. I have a concept for a Small Bonus Mission that was said in Miami featuring Custom, Edited and Normal Game Models, so the Person I was working on with this isen’t responding anymore.


This is the Map I had plant for this, so the NPC Models are obviously depreached. Not only because I’m not modding Miami rn, but also because I found out that IO ported a whole bunch of Models of H2 to chunk1 including atleast Miami, Santa Fortuna and WC ones. The Upside of this is that chunk1 don’t need there Depends patched, unless used in Dubai or ICA Facility Levels.

Well, I’m not bound at Miami, so a Day Hawkes Bay also sounds like good Option, maybe even better, since it lacks Race Noises and I don’t have to arkwardly cut of the Points where 47 could leave said Area.

I’m probably gonna do my own stuff in Hawke’s Bay.

Sure, though maybe I can assist you a bit on the NPC Model Site. Otherwise I fear to see a Level with Nothing, but Rocco’s :wink:.

Damn I might just get into modding HITMAN III just to get night time Miami & Whittleton Creek.

No 3D map editor yet, but we have QuickEntity Editor which is really good to modify maps relatively easily

Perhaps, so what you could really do (if possible) would be to make a friendly Rocco NPC who works like Diana.

Can you do it to Chongqing & Hokkaido at day time? Its would be amazing😁

I tried with this method for Chongqing to give it Paris lighting but it didn’t look right (mainly the sky). Might be possible with the method Notex used for his, which is a little more effort but not out of the question

And hokkaido yes its exist but i want to play contracts mode with this day light because Patient zero cant contract :frowning:
