Do random NPCs that aren’t duplicates have their own TEMP files? And if not, how should i change the model of a random NPC to another one, maybe even to another random model?
Thanks.

thank you so much! i have been searching for maybe ten minutes!
@musicalmushr00m hey, any progress of your lighting mod?
There is next game update coming in a few days
would somebody be able to do a tutorial on a character swap? I’m attempting to replace Signature suit with Sergei Larin, and I’ve followed instructions previously on the forum - the one for Yuki Yamazaki - but the game crashes. Does anyone know what to do?
Thats really easy to do
You need to provide more details then just “add a target”.
Use QuickEdit. It’s the simplest way to add a target, or maybe even other objectives.
Info about it and other essential links are at the top of this thread.
Depends whether they mean “make a mission with a target” or “create a new NPC target and put it in the mission”.
Let me guess, you pirate the game?
There already is a tutorial.
(Revised it a bit with examples. Hopefully that helps.)
00914267E7C8797F.TEMP - OUTFIT_Sergei Larin_Actor_v0
Extract all hash depends of Sergei .TEMP
Delete chunk0 and chunk0patch1 folders
Transfer files within chunk27patch1 into chunk27
Within Chunk27/TEMP folder
Rename
00914267E7C8797F.TEMP
00914267E7C8797F.TEMP.meta
to
(OUTFIT_Agent47_SignatureSuit_HeroA_V0)
00FF8C6314EA882E.TEMP
00FF8C6314EA882E.TEMP.meta
Rename ALLDEPENDS folder to chunk0patch2
Generate RPKG and put it into your Runtime folder
I’ve followed these steps and he has no hair or beard.
Everything I have tried has failed.
Not sure what others have found using this method.
In fact, no NPCs have any hair. Everyone is bald
Edit: nevermind im a dumbass and forgot to delete the chunk0 folders lmao
Not that I plan on using any mods, but I was curious… Do they have one that has the hooded Marrakech Shop Keeper disguise, but in all black?
Yes, I was waiting for this next game update to go live so that way I could give myself more time between patches. I skipped 3.30 for an official release, but now I can prepare all the levels in one sweep and launch them simultaneously.
Every patch the level files change so I can’t just re-use work from the previous month, I have to start from scratch. But now that I more-or-less have all of the settings dialed in just right it should be a much shorter wait this time around.
Again, no estimates or guarantees but again, I should have something a lot sooner this time around.
i wanna say thank you for this, man! Using the tutorial i’ve made so many of my favourite characters into disguises, from Orlando Caruso, to Rico Delgado! I was also wondering if there was a tutorial for importing 3D Models in? I know somebody did it for Hitman 2, then did the same mod for Hitman 3, I was going to attempt to put Sam Fisher in the game, but yeah, it seems a lot more complex than TEMP. swapping.
Had to re-do accent mod for Sloth patch, for the hell of it I tweaked a lot of Marrakesh accents. And some a very small amount of Swedish consulate men now have Swedish accents (because I can’t find where there voices are determined for some reason)
This is all optional, just pick and choose the location replacements you actually want. We’re up to Hokkaido, Bangkok, Dubai and Marrakesh now
Thank you to everyone for your patience!
Lighting Ultimate 1.2 is now live, including support for ALL LEVELS!
Not every feature I had in mind made it into this update, but I can add smaller/incremental improvements in smaller updates in the next few weeks.
As always, I’m listening to the community as far as feedback or feature requests. Don’t hesitate to contact me for any issues or ideas!
Omg that is great.
that looks incredible!
