You don’t need to rename anything.
Thank you so much! I will try it right away.
Wow. FINALLY. It is working. This is great! Thank you so much!
Man I feel bad asking, as you seemingly work non-stop on them, but could you make a mod that replaces the terminus suit with lucas grey?
@HMBM47 I’d be glad for a statement regarding this. Even a “I don’t know yet” will of course do ;).
What you are asking for is a request, which requires searching for files and testing.
I have seen it.
I have made note of it.
I will get around to it in my own time (Or maybe not?)
If someone has a specific request, ask away! I’ll gladly take it into consideration.
(Better yet, I’d love it if someone used the notes [and step by step tutorials] I’ve written on the subject and accomplish it themselves. )
Please don’t “bump” your request with another post. (Especially when it’s only been a day)
That’s all I wanted to here. I just wasn’t sure if you had taken note and wanted to avoid me asking in a Month or Two and then hearing, that you didn’t know about it, so sorry for the bump.
Actually, you’re right Yeah. To rephrase it, it’s not an instant Model Replacement Request like Menard or Juno (Pool Attendant).
Yeah, true to that. I will get around to it aswell, so since it’s still a long procedure as of right now (and I still couldn’t run it and do something for some reason) I’d like to plan my ET’s Mod’s first, so that I don’t replace a NPC later on and then redecide afterwards.
@HMBM47 Are you eventually gonna upload all your mods to nexus or just here and there?
What timing! I just made a profile and am slowly (ALL the info it needs when uploading one file… ) uploading the files.
Oh you just made it? Well that explains it, saw the dino bosco mod on there and was wondering if the rest ist gonna follow^^
Yeah, uploading on Nexus is really slow unfortunatly. Still haven’t uploaded my latest ET The Brothers to it yet, though I will problably get to it in the next Days now that we can play Mumbai in Hitman 3.
Hey @Notex, a couple of days ago I got the H2 location carryover, which went really smoothly. But now I have a problem: any RPKGs built with the tool don’t work with the game, and a mod I had previously made and copied into the Runtime folder also stopped working. Do you have any idea why this could be?
Repatch packagedefenition.txt.
I believe the carryover changed it back to the default.
That’s what it did for me.
Thank you!
Works perfectly now
Does anyone know if the magic watch actually works in HTIMAN 3?
I replaced the magic watch address
(f117c728-563c-40f4-8412-1f5930cef25d)
to that of the MK3 Card Swiper
(8b114fce-586b-4b06-b446-75d0bb4a4cfb)
in the .REPO.
I then deleted ALL the Info about the MK3 Card within its brackets.
(I THINK that’s what you’re supposed to do? The modified .REPO I found on NexusMods seemed to do this.)
It speeds up for about a second or two, goes back to normal speed, and just has a perpetual “Release” prompt after that, with 47 “pondering” for ALL time.
(Maybe I did it wrong? )
Edit: I was informed this DOES work with a gamepad, but not with the mouse and keyboard.
Found the .TEMP file that referenced it. (0030950A7E686DAA.TEMP)
I first tried replacing the the .PRIM address
0023514F364D7CBD (BD 7C 4D 36 4F 51 23 00)
in the TEMP.meta file with "00"s in a hex editor.
It was invisible, but also made the object unusable.
So, I used the invisible .PRIM I used for my other invisible mods, and created a custom hash for it.
(I replaced the "00"s with the custom hash, naturally.)
It’s invisible and it works (for gamepads )!
(Offhand, Does anyone know if any of the other objects use a white detonator?)
Edit: Just tested the white trigger in Hokkaido and it’s fine.
Awesome, thanks for getting to it so quickly! I can’t recall other white detonators off the top of my head but you can probably download the 360 controller emulator if you wanted to use the item with m/kb.
I spoke too soon, I moved the .rpkg when I uploaded it.
That’s invisible too.
Oh, well…
Not too big a deal since it’s only one level, has a very specific purpose and I would suppose isn’t used in many playthroughs.
Yeah it works but you need to use a controller with it.
Really?
And hidden in my second post:
I don’t blame you for not reading my WHOLE messages. Haha!
