If it has custom objectives (which this does) then it’s offline only unless you use Peacock (should be able to do for this mod)
Definitely, but depends what you mean by police. Would need to make the police outfits; unless you mean the parking inspectors from Landslide

I think the new one make some changes then the orginal Chongqing and its look more like orginal hitman 2004. But i agree something with the Orginal Chongqing sky dark look more sinster and beauty

Onionsquid’s framework also fixes The Ex-Dictator ET, something that got broken halfway through Hitman 2016’s lifecycle. Without that fix, all of the CICADA guards are completely black, naked NPCs, because they were redoing a bit into Hitman 2016’s updates. I imagine what was done to fix these missions wasn’t complicated, but I doubt people will go too far out of their way to create mod fixes for these when technically there already is one.

Credits aren’t a video. The credits are all read from a json file and displayed in-game via Scaleform.
Oh oops, somehow missed the “credits” part.
Very possible and I’ve thought about it, though my mod won’t be doing it since it’s based on the original mission where you need to be able to kill targets in the alleys/streets without being noticed
If I had unlimited time I would definitely do that though, put in the fireworks from Paris and custom crowds
ICA Facility will be inaccessible, and you’ll have to wait and see what’s happened with the Block
