I had no luck with Noesis to recognize and convert texture files from Hitman 3. I’m guessing it has something to do with the new compression they introduced in H3, as for example a TEXD texture of shirt in Hitman 2 has a size of 683KB but that same file has a size of 115KB in Hitman 3.
there is a file in the Notex rpkg tool
rpkg_command_JSON_examples\rpkg_command-silence_H3_new_AI_killshot_sounds.JSON
you copy that and the blank.wem file to the same directory as rpkg.exe and then drag and drop the JSON file onto the rpkg.exe in Windows explorer, and it will create the ‘loud ping’ silencing mod for you

OH my god. I whould have loved a “escalation” tab. One tab for each mode, so that the whole “destination” tab gets a little clearer. Since we have slots for each main mission, bonus mission and so on, and contracts, I feel like with the addition of escalation tab they could remove the destination tab entirely. Would make it a little more streamlined.
Is it possible to make a translation for a game using tools in the OP?
It is possible to extract localization files at least, I haven’t tried to actually translate anything yet

You might need to edit the path in the JSON that points to your Hitman’s runtime directory

This is amazing. Does it in any way do more than that? Im not used to cheat engine, but the mod works fine.
The model exporter has been updated for HITMAN 3!
Mind you this JUST exports to a readable format, and helps identify the hashes of the compiled 3d “outfits” and all 3d models, as well as their textures.
There is no way to put them back into the game at this time.

Does anyone have a definitive list of which level(s) each chunk.rpkg file contains?
Edit: packagedefenition.txt has a lot of the info. I think I deciphered all the code names correctly, but still not sure about the contents of the dedicated “Season” chunks and the “Legacy” chunk. There’s no dedicated chunk for the train level, so I suppose it’s in Chunk 2?

Unfortunately this breaks the automatic shoulder switching when you’re against a wall.

How do we edit UI stuff? I’d really like to use the no hitmarkers mod from 2 in Hitman 3, but I’ve accomplished nothing after several hours. The Hitman Archive Manager doesn’t work with 3, and I have no idea how else to get this mod compiled into an .rpkg and working. I can’t find the location of any UI stuff in chunk0.rpkg.
