but is there any “legit” way to traverse floors or is it just climbing outside the building?
47 has gained the ability to fly once you reach level 20 mastery. All you have to do is go to any open window hold down the X button and up he goes!
In all seriousness the answer is no. Grey pulled a Requiem on the building so all of the elevators are shut down to prevent an escape attempt.

Oh there are staircases in the building. It is just 47 doesn’t have the required disguises and without any deeper knowledge of the level you will have to climb outside until you get to know the level.
