Location: Mendoza - The Farewell
Description: A.I NPC’s detects players in Wine Fridge despite changing the glass to an opaque state.
Steps to Reproduce: Well, just stand in front of a table on the glass side, and in a certain spot, someone, somewhere, somehow detects you through the wall. The same thing happens in the vent shafts used to enter the wine fridge as well. They legit saw the unconscious body through the opaque glass, even though the body was hidden behind the table. This has to be fixed. 
You used to be able to escape on the same train that you killed her with. This was a deliberate design decision that IO referred to themselves in interviews. Now that option is gone. So don’t convolute my point more, thanks.
Some cinematics scenes are either skipped during playing after completing a mission.
So far, I have completed The Prologue (training missions), The Showstopper, World of Tomorrow, A Gilded Cage and Club 27 and I noticed that some cinematics are either skipped during playing (Without me pressing any buttons) or skipped without playing. Cinematics for the prologue, World of Tomorrow and a Gilded Cage played without any skipping.

Description :
When completing The Showstopper, the completion/rating status screens showed up. After these screens, the Secret of the Global Elite played, however was skipped just after a few seconds (I did not press any buttons to skip it).
After completing the Club 27 mission, the completion/rating status screens showed up. After these screens, The Shadow Client cinematic did not play, the planning screen for The Freedom Fighters Screen showed up.

Frequency : I completed these two missions only once so far, so I cannot confirm whether the cinematics after these missions are skipped everytime or not.
I was able to get Evil Wine Club to pop by fully closing the game, launching it again, loading a save just before it pops, and completing it again, and it popped. Previously I had just been putting the game to sleep without closing it.
Rich Harvest still isn’t popping though.
Graphical Glitch: In the Gilded Cage mission, when accessing the school, the computer/laptop connected to the APC track, emits a blinding white light.

Description :
There’s a graphical glitch affecting the laptop connected with the APC found in the school area.
Steps to reproduce:
Frequency : I have played this mission only once so far. (I do not recall exactly if the emitted blinding light from the computer was also there when I was getting out of the school disguised as a soldier [not in a trespassing state]).
Note: I have HDR enabled (do not know if this is related or not). I did not try disabling HDR to check. Do not know if this issue is related to HDR, but I’m sure it will helpful in diagnosing and troubleshooing these graphical issues if they’re related to HDR.
Graphical Glithces in Club 27.

Steps to reproduce:
Frequency: I have played this mission only once so far, and cannot confirm whether these graphical glitches are present in each playthrough for this mission.
Note: I have HDR enabled (do not know if it’s related or not), but I’m sure it will helpful in diagnosing and troubleshooing these graphical issues if they’re related to HDR.

Description: Challenge “Cleaning Up” not popping up after drowning Sean Rose in the water basin.
Same issue, PC. First two popped on the first play of the map and then nothing every time after.
Had this too. Need to go back into VR mode to turn the blinders off. But good point, that option should exist outside VR mode too.

Description : Completed all Mission Stories, receiving the challenge points for each of them, but the trophy did not pop.
Completed a challenge, but when reloading a save to finish another challenge, was disconnected from the servers and had to restart the game. Upon exiting the level, the various challenges gave the reward points, but the trophy didn’t appear.

Description : Unable to complete “Purify the Spirits” challenge - every time Craig Black drinks poisoned water bottle, he throws up in graveyard instead of toilets

Description : Perfectionist achievement did not unlock with Data Transfer to Hitman 3 despite challenges completed. Re-completing the challenges on any mission does not unlock achievement.

finally I reset my IO profile to get this fucking buggy trophy of the 15 shortcuts then the platinum !! 434 levels, 5 years of progress throw in the trash.
but hey it gives me the opportunity to redo the 3, which does not displease me.
unfortunately the game is good overall, but I’ll think twice before pre-ordering 007

Description: Cant shoot through the mirror, impossible to complete the “Mirror Mirror” Challenge.
Why on earth would you reset your entire profile just to get the trophy? IO have confirmed that this is a bug they’re working on. All you needed to do was wait until the patch that releases on February 23rd…
