The Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic sniper rifle should have the Marksman perk, however in game it doesn’t work.
Steps to reproduce:
Aim down the sights and press ‘shift’ (or the corresponding control) to activate the marksman ability. It works fine for other rifles, but not this one.

There are a lot of complaints about Haven Island, but none that are actually useful to the devs. Hopefully this helps more.
Here are two maps of places in the Haven Villa where I commonly get seen through a wall knocking out or killing an NPC. There are more places than just this, but these only include places where it has happened to me multiple times.
The boxed area in the Master Bedroom is where it happens most frequently, almost every time. Right near the door, with the cleaning lady that roams the upstairs walkways.
The other two most frequent places are in the Home Theater area and the balcony just outside it, as well as downstairs in the location behind the wall in the Villa Hall.
Message me if more information is needed, I have played this area of the map extensively and I may be able to provide more information about each location.

Found a bug today: haven’t seen this mentioned before. If you kill an NPC and another NPC sees the kill (just the person being killed), once you kill the 1st witness, all subsequent body founds do not count in your final score even if you leave the “witnesses” alive.

- Go to the mission loadout
- Try to equip the Sieger Ghost in briefcase or in every agency pick-up

I had a similar issue where changing disguises while crouched/just after hiding the person wearing it froze 47 for anywhere from 10-90 (sometimes less, sometimes more) seconds while the level continued on around him during that time. Sometimes it would actually make it so NPCs that wandered by couldn’t see him while he was stuck but other times it would get him compromised and then shot to pieces because the game registered him as being in the middle of changing/in a restricted area. That wasn’t the only thing that caused that so, even though it’s been (mostly) fixed for me over the months, I’m still really cautious about where I change my disguises.
I’ll check on your issue after I get home from work and let you know.

Weird.
Placing illegal items seems to be fixed. But it wouldn’t just freeze like yours was doing. It would completely freeze like it was 2005 again 
I can’t remember a game actually freezing where I had to quit and restart it.
I don’t know if was/is my end or IO’s or a little of both. Like I said, it’s mostly not an issue anymore and it was only really on some of the earlier maps anyway. Hokkaido and Miami especially were borderline unplayable for awhile because basically anytime I interacted with anything on the map, 47 and/or the level would freeze. It was/is weird though.

Description : The Bag of Gunpowder is not considered explosive killings for Helen West.
When you eliminate him with this, you will receive the explosion destruction notification and you will hear the ringing effect when you fail to complete an objective. And at the end of the level, you don’t get 5 
. Just a clarification, I am not talking about the use of the antique cannon, only the bag of gunpowder.

Description : Remote emetic device in briefcase always acts strange
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load any mission
- Stuff a remote emetic gas device in a briefcase
- Use the device in the briefcase anywhere near a guard
- Have the guard find the spot you triggered it
- The guard will now forever pick up an invisible item as if it’s the gas device on loop (guards may alternate with each other between picking it up)
Frequency : Happens every time in every level

Description : Lawyer freezes when poisoned (emetic) by darts or gas
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load the Mendoza mission
- Poison the lawyer with the Sieker 1 or Emetic Gas Device in briefcase when he’s talking
- Watch how he doesn’t respond to anything and keeps doing his talking animation without sound
- Optionally knock him out (Goldbrick Proximity Mine) recommended and see how he’s awakened after which he pukes and behaves normally
Frequency : Happens every time

He’s still standing there after I shot a bunch of guards in front of him. (subduing is possible in his frozen state)
