Description: So I noticed that whenever I equip any item (wrench, gun, poison, etc.) in The Icon on Casual difficulty when I was offline, every single item was “illegal”. It was an illegal move to pick them up despite my disguise, and it was illegal to hold them in my hand.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start “The Icon” in offline
- Set the difficulty to “Casual”
- equip or pick up any item
Frequency: I noticed this when I went on “The Icon” just a few moments ago in offline, but every item was illegal whenever I started the mission.
I couldn’t get an image or a video, since I didn’t start up Nvidia before playing Hitman 3.

Description: The door locked by keycard, next to the bakery(?) does not open with the keycard. The action of using the keycard works, but the door remains shut. (from inside the mansion it works, but from outside it does not.)
Step to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load “World of Tommorow”
- Optain a mansion Keycard
- Attempt to open the door from the outside
Frequency: As far as I’ve tried every time

Location: Dubai
Description : NPCs “stutter” / vibrate / shake as they walk sometimes in Dubai.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load the Dubai mission
- Wander around the crowded areas like the atrium and the bars
- Quit and restart the game if it doesn’t happen yet
Frequency : I’ve seen it happen probably 1 out of 3 times loading the level

Description: “The gig is up” challenge doesn’t complete. (landslide)
Step to reproduce:
- start up the game
- load the landslide mission
- follow step for the mission story: ‘Stage Fried’
- notice how the ‘The gig is up’ challenge doesn’t appear.
Frequency: I’ve tried several times in several ways, never completed; so ALWAYS.

Description: The 5x sniper challenge reward, “remote explosive classic rubber duck,” has the description of the “remote explosive class rubber duck detonator” instead of the duck.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Start the game
2.Open up the “select item” menu for any mission
3. Check the description of the “remote explosive classic rubber duck”
Frequency: I’ve only just obtained the item yesterday, and I’ve checked multiple times and it is still there.

Landslide bonus mission still crashes often on PS4 standard.
Platform: PS4 (disk version)
Location: Miami
Description: I can’t complete the mission. I get to the end the exit cutscene starts to play and the dreaded “ERROR Uable to load requested menu. Please retry the request, or contact HITMAN support if this problem persists.” RETRY or GO TO MENU.
Steps to reproduce: Play the main mission and try to exit the level.
Frequency: It’s the first time it’s happened, but I’ll bet it’ll keep happening.

Description:
All challenges were completed in Hitman 2’s play through; then, carried over to Hitman III. The completion of all challenges for Pure Poetry does not unlock after successful completion of the mission in Hitman III. It may be a transfer problem because complete/incomplete challenges for all three assassination maps in Hitman III are not the same complete/incomplete challenges in Hitman 2. I do not know if completing all challenges in the other two maps would rectify the trophy issue for Hantu Port.
Steps to reproduce:
1 - Play The Pen and the Sword. 2 - Eliminate most to all targets and initiated riot. 3 - Successful completion of the mission. 4 - Replayed several times with no luck.

Description: The tuxedo with gloves was not given out for completing the new elusive target.
Steps to reproduce: Complete new elusive target, don’t get the suit.
Frequency: I’m assuming this is a bug because the Italian suit with gloves was given out for the Sapienza elusive target, so this is an on-going issue.
Update: The challenge unlock for the tuxedo with gloves is now available, but anyone who has completed the elusive target before the challenge was released is not able to get the suit at this time.

PC. I’ve had the game to crash on me twice today. 1st time was after returning to the main menu after playing a contract. The 2nd was after I removed the lethal poison from the fugu fish in Hokkaido. I was playing the ‘Schizophrenia’ FC.

Description: The big doors will not open since the little square, which would normally light up to open the door and push the button/key, is placed way to high. It needs to be lower. This appears to be on all doors leading outside around the whole building. Description: The side door of the mansion (the one which leads to the terrace down in the village) will not open from the outside. It does not matter if you use the right key card or the scrambler. 47 swipes the card, it makes the correct beep sound, but the door will not open. It works fine from the inside, though.
Steps to reproduce: Just load the level

Description: Completing the Black Hat Elusive Target did not award the Tuxedo with Gloves, in fact the challenge “Elusive Target - Paris” is missing entirely
Steps to reproduce: 1. Select, play and complete the current Elusive Target “Black Hat”
2. Suit is not unlocked during mission debrief.
Frequency: Permanent.

As seen in the picture, both the Sapienza and Isle of Sgàil locations featured a location specific challenge, which unlocked the gloved versions of the location specific suits.
Paris on the other hand is missing that particular challenge entirely, having only 9 instead of 10 Elusive Target challenges.
To me this feels like more of an oversight, than an actual bug. But I am no game dev and therefore have no idea about these things. If this is intended to be that way, an explanation as to why isnt necessary but would be very much appreciated.
On this note, thank you very much for the work you have done thus far!

Description : I have unlocked the Helipad Ladder shortcut, but the challenge remains uncompleted.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load the Dubai mission
- Open the shortcut
- No Challenge notification pops up, and it is unmarked in the Challenge log.
Frequency : Ongoing, I’ve opened it up, can’t reopen it and no matter how many times I load up Dubai, I’m still stuck with this marked as uncomplete.

Description: the effects of the sedative syringe seems to be bugged
Steps to reproduce: simply inject a NPC with the sedative syringe. The subject will make gurgling sounds and grabs his/her throat, but doesn’t collapse to the ground. What happens is they will constantly repeat the same animation without passing out.
(Most likely to happen on the guard in Cassidy’s gun room if you test this out).

Description : The The Phoenix Ascension escalation does not show the extra complication introduced by the 3rd level when you get to its third level. It still shows the level 2 complications.

Description - I have the Sawed off shotgun unlocked through new york mastery 13 [unlocked back in hitman 2, and it shows up in my career inventory too but I don’t see it in either a smuggle location or a briefcase for any location. I can still use it fine in my copy of Hitman 2.
I REPORTED THIS ISSUE THROUGH THE PLAYER SUPPORT NEARLY 2 MONTHS AGO AND I’VE YET TO GET A RESPONSE OR A FIX. @Clemens_IOI @Travis_IOI
