People have been unlocking this achievement since the patch, according to True Achievements. Though no one yesterday, not sure if something changed (away for work this week, not sure if there was any updates).
Is it stuck at the Done…Unlocking stage? Have you tried doing it again, it may have been a server sync issue (achievements are not locally unlocked, but through MS servers).
