I had the same “problem”. Lindolfo had a possible explanation for it, that also holds water in your case:

It was the Hide Target Bodies objective, it registers twice when you complete it. Additionally you would have failed the Perfect Run objective if it was an actual perfect run because of the Hide Target Bodies registering twice.
