First thing you have to do is let him appear.(If he appear in main misssion but not contract,then I don’t know what happening,because until now I am the only guy who finish this)

Should’ve gotten rid of the complications and made it a specific kill. Not a sniper and not the flaming barrel he uses to kill himself anyway; then it would be a puzzle to figure out kill him the right way

I think this is a modded contract from the Serial Killer elusive target. I recognize the guy with cowboy hat and the bearded one.

Second and last guy look more unique than most NPCs. Hate when they put in rare people only in an ET
Then in Mendoza they use the exact same person cloned 8 times 
God I wish this ability wasn’t blocked on H3

Recently made a legacy contract.
However, years ago I also made two conundrums for friends, meaning these were the real “first” ones, although they wouldn’t be very good as they were designed to be difficult (in 2019/20 standards) instead of puzzling, and I didn’t make that many H2 contracts anyway. I’ve included them here just for the sake of it.
