Well, they’ll only have to wait a while. This is a temporary break at best, so they can continue to fleece the US for more money, and then get right back to it after Trump agrees to give them all the support they’ll need to finish the job, because he wants to build resorts on the land Israel will take when everyone’s dead.
What I’m watching for are indicators that Trump and Netanyahu worked this out behind the scenes so that it could look like the ceasefire happened because Trump was coming back into office to boost Trump’s false image of being feared by other nations, but still while Biden is in office so that when they get back to it, he can still blame Biden for the pause not lasting. I’d be willing to bet a lot that this happened now because of those optics.

Minister Ben Gvir says he will resign and his party Otzma Yehudit will leave the coalition government if the ceasefire deal is approved. As of right now the security cabinet looks likely to still approve the deal even without his support. The current government without them would hold 62 seats to the oppositions 58 giving them a narrow majority but a majority nonetheless.

Don’t trust it. All indications are that the CEO caved and sold out to Trump, much means hosting certain content on it will no longer be free, and the government will have easier access to your data on it. Even if it’s back, if this turns out to be true, that means it’s been ruined.
I’ve never fed into these short form content apps. Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are addicting as is given how easily you can waste hours just for short bursts of dopamine. No thanks I’ll stick to watching Twin Peaks and reading comics.
