Well considering they removed Marrakesh prisoner’s mask for VR, maybe the goggle will have such effect in that mode.
I hope the VR version has different magnifications/vision modes for the eyes.
That idea has my vote
I actually purposely excluded the ICA Grunts, I like the design but I don’t see it working well honestly.
I honestly don’t think we’re only getting ET reactivations. There is a pretty decent chance the changes will be to the suit unlocks (y’know, the one type of reskin everybody goes mad for), maybe you no longer get a suit after completing one.
What? So, they’re going to keep it that way?
Where can I find more information on this? I don’t see the connection between VR and this.
Did they also change the blindfolded magicians in Sgàil then?
Would be disappointing if they make the hood removal permanent in my opinion. A detail, but still. I remember Urben made an awesome contract with it.
I would assume it will be permanent for VR but hopefully a patch brings it back for normal play. Thr menus still show a hood for the challenges and whatnot, so I don’t think it changing outside of VR was intended.
We will see whether they will change it again, I guess. Sgàil performers still keep their blindfolds, though. Speaking of which, I was wondering if sunglasses add tinted effects on VR mode?
I dont know what you mean with “working”. Especially the technician and heavy tropper in my opinion look highly impossible, as we have suits like that already as disguises.
The grunt disguise just doesn’t like like suit material, it just looks too… flat IMO.
And this is one of the reasons I think it would work.
My money is on the last suit being the wrestler outfit, second guess is the tiki hotel robe.
It makes sense for the Berlin escalation to use a Rotterdam disguise but it also feels weird to skip Absolution in this series celebration thing. But they already double dipped on SA so they can double dip in Contracts or C47.
So I’m split on what they’d do. If it has to be Absolution I’ll settle for nothing less than the robe.
Kind of surprised Mendoza didn’t get this since the settings are similar and also from a general perspective BM is way more well known than SA.
The chances are, the sixth suit might not necessarily be a disguise from a previous game, but a target’s outfit, like Hunter (Alistair) and Guru (Deewana) outfits.
I thought about listing every fancy or memorable suit from the first five games so it will be easier to guess this sixth suit. But this will take a lot of effort
Awesome, then we finally get to see 47 in the saints outfit from Absolution!
Guess what? I did it. I would be surprised if the sixth Deluxe suit isn’t one of the below mentioned. Even though I feel I forgot some or gave too much credit to something not that memorable.
Codename 47
Asylum robe (‘Wake up! Wake up, my friend!’)
Blue Lotus triad, Lee Hong suit - highly doubtful as we already got Red Dragon suit
47’s Jungle suit
Pablo Ochoa suit
Swimming trunks
Rotterdam thugs
Boris guards outfit - the most memorable one is with the antigas with red lenses
Boris outfit
SWAT (???)
H2SA
Already two suits from there, highly doubt there’ll be a third one
Sergei outfit
47’s Japan suit (white coat with fur)
Agent 17
Contracts
Fabian Fuchs outfit
Any edgy suit from The Meat King Party
Rotterdam bikers
Reporter suit
Blood Money
Don Delgado suit
Alvaro D’alvade uniform
Vinnie Sinistra outfit
The Bird outfit from The Murder of Crows
Skip outfit, but 47’s size
Priest
There are a lot of fun outfits in The Dance with the Devil, but we already have Martinez’s suit so…
Marine uniform
Absolution
Sniper Challenge outfit
Clean Terminus suit
Blake Dexter suit
Rosewood thug
Hope Cougar suit (suggested by @Pitman)
Barber disguise
That Chipmunk outfit or what
The Patriot
Waikiki robe
ICA grunt or elite soldier (???)
Judge disguise
Whatever guard disguise from Blackwater Park
Samurai disguise
Yeah Fabian Fuchs was one of the suits I thought of, don’t think we’ll get it sadly but it’s alright.
Reporter from Rotterdam (Contracts) is needed. But other than that good list.
Agreed. It definitely would be the most apropos for the Berlin Deluxe Escalation to reference Absolution.
So much of that level–multiple combatant targets, dark and grungy, fighting the ICA, a simple rendezvous that devolves into heading off an ambush–reminded me of the best parts of Absolution. “Apex Predator” distilled these elements and merged them with the WOA mission design to create something unique while still feeling like Hitman.
