Ended up with a run of 11:25. I reckon it could be done sub-10 minutes with some better iso of the targets. Obviously I had a bit of an advantage after recreating it!
I think the Mailman and the politician might both be deaf - they both refused to react to anything unless it was basically right in front of them

I left a gun on the boardwalk right in front of the politician’s bodyguard. He didn’t react at first. On my third or fourth try he picked it up and gave me some “personal time” with the politician

Walkway. It helped me to get the Maia Barlow kill by detonating an explosive near the spawn point, and letting the nearby street guards move away from the facility entrance. After that point the rest happened surprisingly quickly.

My SA indicator kept turning red, which made me wonder if Agent Tremaine can actually “find” the bodies while looking through his binoculars. Turns out someone was noticing the delivery guy’s axe’d body, but it took me time to realize that because no one around was actually panicking and informing the guards about it, nor did it show a body found notification for the guy lol.
