Deluxe Escalation - The Proloff Parable (23 Feb)

Isn’t it beautiful how people are all wet and excited about a suit that references the arguably most disliked/hated levels in the entire series? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I find that whenever a dev team references something bad as a cosmetic it’s usually really well received. The novelty of the ninja is it’s a cool outfit and you can wear it ironically. Those missions leave an impression on you just like a good one does.

Think people just think it’s cool as it’s a nod to the past games.

Absolutely, it is cool. I just love the irony of it

Just a friendly reminder, it’s now possible to earn SA rating in Level 2. So if you don’t mind revisiting this escalation, or just feel the hunger of your blade, you can replay this and beat my time without a doubt.

Replayed this escalation to get that sweet, sweet, SA glory.

Ended up getting #12 in the leaderboards on Level 1.

#10 on the leaderboards in Level 2.

and #2000-something on Level 3, because it’s a very scripted NPC-path-avoiding mission.
(Though I finally, finally understand the Statistics graph on the results screen. Sort of. It represents the amount of players in each ‘points bracket’ (but I have no idea what a points bracket is). So, everyone who got the fastest time possible, waiting for NPCs to turn/walk away, got into Bracket 2, the largest bracket, very similar scores… Those who somehow, through the will of God, finished the contract in like 30 seconds got put into Bracket 1, the smallest bracket, but the highest (or most “Low” position) in the leaderboards.)
