Other differences pointed out in the Apha (“new” version) compared to final release in Paris Showstopper mission (this comment will be edited when new things are found):
Outdoor gas heater
Outdoor gas heater can’t be sabotaged with a wrench. A gas leak can be created in the final release.
Electric plug
The electric plug and the puddle located in the palace garden are absent in the Alpha. Then, you can’t perform electrocution assassination on Novikov through this way.
New dialogues
In the parking slot, there is a NPC arguing with a guard and talking about car parking. He’s absent in the final release and two guards are talking about Decker’s opportunity.
Several guards are talking about the auction on 2nd floor, without knowing so much.
Near the sevice entry, a guard is talking with a palace staff. He’s giving hint about the possibility and the locations allowed with the palace staff disguise.
Guests list opportunity
The guests list of the Palace is located in the small garden (in front of the entry to the auction). It gives 47 the Sheik’s opportunity. Because it’s a prototype, the guests list appears as a white box and 47 seems to “click” on it when interacting with it (showing that full animation isn’t still implemented). This list is present in the parking slot in the final release.
In the Closed Alpha, this list is absent. To obtain the Sheik opportunity, you need to find the Sheik himself.
Firework opportunity
In the service parking slot (near the make-up room), there is a computer. If 47 interacts with it, he’ll obtain the fireworks opportunity. 47 finds the document related to the fireworks near the garden shed in the final release.
Blend-in crowd mechanic
This mechanic appears absent in the “new” Alpha compared to the Closed Alpha.
The small logo (located on the bottom left) is absent in the new version compared to the other.

Opportunities
It seems that only six opportunities are present in the “new” Alpha compared to the Closed version (seven - look at a previous post on this thread to get full info on them). Additionally, you know the number of opportunities at the beginning. They are just hidden behind a “???” before finding them.

Moreover, you don’t know at the mission beginning the opportunities. To trigger them, you have to find the “puzzle” located on the in-game map.
EDIT: Camera recording system
To manually erase the camera recorders, 47 must be filmed before by a camera. In the final release, 47 can manually erase the recorders whenever he wants. However, manually erase the recorders doesn’t prevent 47 from being filmed again by a camera. You can be caught again by a camera and you must erase the recorders again if you want to retain SA. It is changed in the final release where after the erase, 47 can’t be caught again.
