Literally just tried this to complete Versatile Assassin and as @Murdock103 mentioned he chooses the balcony over the bathroom :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

This sounds similar to the room with a test subject hooked up an IV drip. Instead of using the bathroom in the same room, they go across the building to throw up.

Easiest way to do a drowning kill in this mission is to gas Royce with emetic poison when she’s in the break room telling the analysts to go back to work. Just remember to do it when the analysts are still there, if they’ve left she will just throw up in the trash can in the same room, even if it’s still full of gas.

After uploading the files, you escape from the room via a vent. This leads you to an area with guards at both ends, and in between there’s a vent with a fire. Can you climb into that area? If so, is that where you’re meant to go?

At first I tried distracting the guards with gunshots and then knocking them out, but another guard would just come and replace them. Often, you’d even have two guards on the exact same spot. In the end, I just loaded a pre-upload save, grabbed the flash grenades, and escaped that way.

Just before you encounter the guards that are nearly impossible to get past, there is a vent. Use that and climb to the next floor, it’s easy once you figure it out.

Thanks. I’ll have to have a look when I launch the game again. I also noticed some guards in the data core room, atleast according to my minimap. Not sure how they got into/escaped the room.

Anyone know where the scooter key is?

So after a single play through and thinking this map was kind of ‘meh’, I had a long session of it last night with multiple playthroughs.

I really rate this map and the more I learn of it, the more I enjoy its intricacies.

Also, as someone who has been vocal about their dislike for the persistent shortcuts, (like the door in Berlin), the shortcuts here seem to be far better balanced.

A ladder to gain access to Hush’s apartment building is still behind a locked door or two with two separate guards.
A door which leads to a back entrance to the ICA labs has a facility guard loitering in a corridor, impossible to get past unless you sneak by him or knock him out.

These are a good balance. The shortcuts are still immensely useful, but there is an obstacle in the way to use it efficiently. They aren’t just unguarded, open holes in the wall.

Love the vibe of this map, though I wish the classics were harder. Does anyone know how to make Hush investigate the pods? He never seems to go that way.

For me to drown Hush, at one point he and his bodyguard go down a level from the mind machine. I bumped his guard a couple of times to create space then emetic syringe’d Hush before he gets to the stairs. He then went downstairs to a bathroom where I drowned him.

So based on some of the intel/challenge pictures, it seems the Tier 2 guards were also victims of a (last-minute?) uniform change, originally being all-black with a red-yellow armband. Do you guys think it would have been better than the Dubai-like red beret+shoulder marks version we got in the end or not?

I think so. When I first saw these guys, I was just: “Did they reuse Dubai uniforms”? Of course not, but they look very alike for no reason.

And I don’t get why does ICA need their security to have these fancy uniforms in the first place…

I must confess I hope that IO would revisit the Absolution Agency solider design in H3 or create something that one could consider a evolution/variation of the Agency soliders. Especially when the Data centre goes into lock down.

That said I prefer the all black version, compared to the version we got.

Indeed, that would be very cool for the lockdown! Much better than the regular uniform + gas mask that appears there.

I was hoping for this too tbh. Absolution was my first proper Hitman game and in spite of all of the issues with the idea of a covert assassination organization having heavily armed/armored commando teams, I couldn’t hate them just because their outfits were so cool, and the moment I learned we were infiltrating an ICA office I was hoping they’d bring back that sort of design.

Anyone noticed the Class equipment case in the corner of Hush’s lab? Think there’s some lore behind that or did someone just forget to remove the logo when they copied it in

I finally got to this map and it is overwhelming. What a great location and atmosphere though.

I got distracted on my first playthrough just taking this location in. Intricate and beautiful. I found the targets somewhat underwhelming, but that was only my first full playthrough.

This was one of my favorite maps from Hitman 3. I am currently three challenges away from completing it (for now, hopefully). The chinese suit has become my go-to suit for 47 to wear too!
