Well it is certainly not how I will call Caucasians, so I do a little bit of research and hope I can explain it here:
Lo Fan or Lao Fan is written as “老番”, which indeed refer to foreigners. Lo or Lao (老) means “old”, while Fan (番) means “barbarian”. Here is a source I found:
Lo Fan is a term the Chinese used to refer to Americans meant as (Barbarian) due to the lack of patience and discipline.
Personally, I haven’t heard of this kind of saying from where I live. There are some terms like “Lao Wai” (老外), which can be heard to describe foreigners here. But after all, there are many people from different places speak Chinese with many differences and dialects, so I am not surprised I never heard of it. I hope this info can be helpful to you all.

I love when I get a good shot from sitting on my couch and using my phone camera, but most of the time they don’t come out nicely at all 
I would really enjoy a free camera mode for consoles.
