For those who was using HitmanForum at the time of IOI’s acquisition from Square Enix - what was the forum like for the majority of users? How did people feel at the time when IOI was bought out by Square Enix?

Well IO wasn’t bought by Square but Eidos which owned IO was bought.
I wasn’t on the forum back then but I was really scared of what might happen with IO and the Hitman series when in 2009 they started laying off employees. Scary times

Alright, I’ve got a BM trivia question:
When Diana and 47 meet in the confessional, does the game ever give any indication where they are? I think it just pops up the date but are there any context clues about which city/country they’re meeting in?
I don’t know, either. It seems like they haven’t been on the forum since November. Perhaps someone else will know how to contact them personally.

Can you still get spotted while hiding in a wardrobe/chest? I feel like this was a thing in 2016 when you played in master. Like, if you moved the camera too much they would see the doors/lid moving. But I can’t seem to recreate it
I got spotted the other day when doing Sniper Assassin in Colorado. Went down the water tower after one kill, hid in the crate and got detected by the guards who came there to investigate, but it didn’t happen again afterwards, so I don’t know if it was because I moved the camera too much at an inconvenient moment, or if it was a bug related to the sniper kill (which is more likely given how wonky that is).

I didn’t see any context clues from the stained glass or the other glimpses of the church interior. Looks pretty standard Catholic to me. It appears to be made of stone but that doesn’t equal old. Lots of churches are made to appear older than they are. I have seen stained glass at a church with starts and stripes on it before. The glass was paid for by a fire or police union, but I’m gonna guess that wasn’t the intent with the stars in this photo.
So I’m left with nothing except that most the game takes place in the States and the level spoken about is in California.

I was born around the time Princess Diana was popular (and alive), my mum really loved her a lot and without going into much detail I kind of wanted to keep the same initials I always had. Thought it was “what you’re supposed to do” or something even though there are no rules and my friends now usually differ a lot from how they were.
Hitman didn’t cross my mind at all when I chose it. We were in the quiet in-between times of HITMAN having wrapped up post release support/Patient Zero, and us not knowing if HITMAN 2 would even exist, so the obvious connection slipped my mind until it was too late.

I do visit the forum frequently, it’s just that my final boss fight exams are a couple months away and other than that i don’t have much time to play H3 so I read comics and graphic novels instead in my free time
