I’ll probably do it over two weeks when I go on holiday for a week in the third week of March. Not too sure how to do it again. A round for each game, roughly eliminate half the levels of each game, then group them into semi or quarter finals, which lead to finals?
I might see actually if I can start it earlier actually, I’m off the next 2 days with little to do actually. I just need to figure out how the brackets will work. I’ll also be doing it by mission rather than by level, specifically. So for WOA, it will include bonus missions, Patient Zero missions, Special Assignments, and the three sniper missions.
Do this but start with the ICA tutorial of 2016, then play your order, and then play the rest of the WOA. Bonus points if you manage to cram the bonus missions and Patient Zero into some kind of chronological order that fits everything else.
Unfortunately I don’t believe so. We only see short haired Diana in training and then after that every time we see her see maintains her ‘bun’ hairstyle. I reckon they decided early on that one distinct hair style would make her more memorable / pronounced so it was probably a key feature of her design.
The only renders of her (for H2 at least) are with that hairstyle
Personally I like it. I think it gives her a very professional and mature look. As well as being very memorable visually. If you want long haired Diana you always have Abs
Edit: actually baby Diana has medium loose hair. But that doesn’t really count
I would have really liked a look with the hair down too. Like your profile picture, which is really cool btw. Do you know who the artist is ?
But yeah, as @TheContractor says, IO probably considered that would be too confusing. I’ve seen some youTubers struggling to understand the voice in the briefing and Diana in the cutscenes are the same character sooo…
I wouldn’t say it’s to stop it being confusing, I’d hope people know how to tell people apart via their facial features it’s more that it’s better character design to have a distinct features so you could tell them apart anywhere
For example, I reckon if I saw a woman with red hair in Diana’s style at a Hitman event I would instantly recognise it, as quickly as I would a bald man with a red tie
No joke, I’ve seen a guy on twitch watching the H3 intro cutscene and when he see Grey he was like : “Hey, I think this guy is a reccurring character, we have already seen him in the previous game, no ?” and his apparence is basically the same since H16
But yeah, you’re right, characterization is essential and I also think the bun looks great on Diana and fits well with her meticulous and professional personality.
Oh, totally. It’s also symbolic of how she always has everything under control. I just wondered if they considered going with a different style for her Mendoza outfit, mostly because I’m crap at visualizing changes like that and was hoping someone had done the work for me lol
Thank you! Sadly I don’t think the artist is active anymore.
As far as I know, Haven Island has the most broken NPCs’ laser visions. It was an intentional design by the developers, which should make illegal actions more noticeable on the beach. I don’t know what can possibly cause this issue in other maps, though.
That makes sense for haven, but why does it happen in other missions? (I had it happen in Berlin and Mendoza, but there were others who have similar issues on other maps)
My guess is just any obstacles are invisible to NPCs when some illegal action script is activated.
I imagine them standing in wide flat field, when the player is surrounded by graphics in these situations.
This bug lives well since HITMAN 2016 release.
Most frustrating here is either developers refuse to acknowledge this bug, or can’t fix it so they keep silence on the subject for already 5 years now
I love that particular opportunity, though I never liked how the helicopter takes a longer time to arrive when you´re doing it. Well, that and the inability to take part in the shootout without being penalized
Rendezvous in Rotterdam is mediocre at best though, no argument there.
in the WOA trilogy I can’t recall any. In blood money there’s delahunt and d’alvade (child traffickers) and skip muldoon (an incestual sexual abuser), which is lovely
